Canada Working Holiday Visa

Canada has a bilateral youth mobility agreement with Australia, allowing Australian youth to live, work and travel in Canada for 24 months. This program is called Working Holiday permit, otherwise referred to as the Working Holiday visa in Canada.

Working Holiday Visa Requirements

In order to apply for the Canada Working Holiday visa, you will need to be able to provide the following:

Valid Australian passport.
Be between the ages of 18- 35
have a minimum of CAN$2,500 to help cover your expenses in Canada
have health insurance for the duration of your stay
not be inadmissible to Canada
have, before departure, a round-trip ticket
